Pictures & Championship Meets - PLEASE READ IMMEDIATELY
Good morning,
Due to many calls and requests/complaints about pictures, I have been able to RE-SCHEDULE our group pictures for Monday, February 26. Individual pictures will begin at 5:00 PM and group pictures at 6:30 PM. Please arrive on time.
Also, if you are receiving this email you are able to declare/undeclare your child for meets. You must go to 'Schedules' along the top bar and click on the specific meet. EVERYONE that is registered for GA Tech Championship meet needs to check entries NOW. I have to turn them in by 1:00 PM. If you have scheduled your child or let us know of your intent to attend this meet, YOU MUST SHOW UP. It is very disrespectful to all the swimmers that want to swim to not be able to participate in a relay because you didn't show up or let us know in advance that you would not be there. We practice as a team and have relays as a team. These are important to our swimmers. If you are NOT planning to be at the meet on Sunday, February 25 please 'undeclare' for this meet so we will have a good number to register our team for relays.
