Good morning, 

I hope you are all enjoying our new awesome coaching staff. They are having a great time with your swimmers and the swimmers are learning ALOT! There are a few things I need to go over with you all as REMINDERS or the first time hearing: 

• PLEASE arrive to practice and swim meets PROMPTLY, preferably a few minutes early. We are here to help and accommodate the swimmer but if it hinders others on the team progression or time sensitive situations (i.e. meets), we will get to you when we can. We respect your time and your children, please do the same for our coaching staff and their preparation and time we all put into the program. 
• Please do not interrupt coaches or approach them while they are instructing swim practice or swim meets. PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR instructions. ALL four of our coaches are trained swimmers and trained coaches. If you are on time and your children are ready to swim, the coaches will get them where they need to go. Please do not provide instruction or correct coaches during these times. If you have questions, you can ask before or after practice. 
• Please stay out from behind the blocks and far side of the pool during meets. If you are listening and arriving promptly, your children will get where they need to go. Meets go fast, so they need to stay with their coaches, not you. 
• PARENTS are responsible for putting your events on your child's arms.
• PARENTS are responsible for signing up for meets by the deadline. If you need to sign up because I added you late to the email, then please reply to email and we will enter your child. 
• PARENTS are responsible for reading all emails. This is how we communicate information to you. 

Please remember ALL OF YOU are important to us, however your children are our focus during program times. PARENTS are the CHEERLEADERS and we are the COACHES. We are available for questions and issues before and after practice or via email. Thank you for the opportunity to serve your family!
