We are so excited to get this season started. You have all received emails from Coach Urja getting you all the information concerning the new season, please make sure you are reading all the information sent to you. It will answer many of the questions you have. We are happy to help, but please make sure you are reading all the information. Registration link is provided below. 

Membership is handled at the front desk and ALL SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION is handled in the Aquatics office. 

Practice begins week of Monday, August 12, days will depend on what practice group your child signs up for. On the first day of practice we will have popsicles and t-shirts! The practice details and pricing are as follows: 

Season: August 12, 2024 - March 7, 2025

 Swim Fees are paid directly to the Forsyth County Family YMCA. All swimmers must be members of the YMCA prior to registering for the Flyers swim team. The fees listed above are the annual cost of participation in the program. If you choose to spread out the annual fee via (3) separate payments, those will be set up upon registration and with drawn from your account on the following dates: 

1st payment & registration fee: registration
2nd payment: October 15, 2024
3rd payment: December 15, 2024

There is an 8% discount for 2nd child. 

ALL CANCELLATIONS require a WRITTEN 30-day notice. All outstanding fees on account will be charged per your draft, if your payment returns, your child will not be allowed to practice until the entire balance is paid in full. We do not turn away swimmers or families based on inability to pay, there is financial assistance available and it is confidential. All registrations and memberships MUST be complete & in good standing before your child can enter the water. Our parent meeting is Tuesday, August 13 at 5:30 PM & 7:00 PM, this should give an opportunity for ALL PARENTS to attend. You will be given more information and forms to complete. All forms will be required to be returned  by Friday, August 16. Please plan on attending one of the meetings to gather all information and forms to sign. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and gather the information you need.

Thursday, February 27, 2025 - End of Year banquet - time & place TBD
*Saturday, March 1, 2025 - tentative date for championships @ GA Tech
