Good morning everyone,

We’re looking forward to seeing you all at the pool this afternoon! To ensure a smooth and timely start, please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM. Our goal is always to begin on time out of respect for everyone’s time and to create the best experience possible for our swimmers and families.

A few important reminders:
✅ Arrive on Time: This allows all swimmers to complete their warm-ups and be fully prepared.
✅ Volunteer Support: Our swim meet cannot begin until all volunteer positions are filled. We truly depend on our amazing parent volunteers to make this event a success, so please be ready to help!
✅ Marking Your Swimmer: Attached, you’ll find the heat sheet and athlete check-in sheet. Please mark your swimmer before arriving at the meet. Sharpie markers will not be provided, and our coaches will not have time to assist with this.
