Good evening, 

We are all excited about our largest group EVER to attend the GA TECH Championship meet representing Forsyth County Family YMCA! Please make sure you are on time for warmups, arrive about 15 minutes in advance to their warm up times. Warmups are important because it gives us time to explain the pool, how to get out and to problem solve. BE ON TIME! It takes about 45 minutes on Saturdays to get to GA TECH from here. 

We are still in need of volunteers for the meet on Saturday. You received a message last night concerning signing up to volunteer. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO HELP, this meet happens only with our volunteers. You will NOT be allowed on pool deck at any time unless you are volunteering. 

Volunteers Needed

Each branch is responsible for filling volunteer positions
for the meet. Please note that volunteers are expected to remain in their
positions until the conclusion of the event.

Morning (11:30am - 2 pm):

Afternoon (3:30 pm - 6:00 pm):

Also, ALL SWIMMERS are asked to stay on the pool deck for the ENTIRE SESSION they are swimming. They will be asked to cheer for their team mates and it is our job to make sure EVERYONE gets to the correct place for their races. DO NOT ASK YOUR CHILD TO COME TO THE SEATS AFTER EACH RACE. Give them all of their equipment, backpacks, snacks, drinks, etc. We will all be sitting in the same area. If you want to be on deck VOLUNTEER!
