I hope you're all enjoying a great summer and gearing up for an exciting school year—time is flying!

I have a lot of important information to share, so please take a moment to read everything carefully and get those calendars out so you don’t miss a thing.

🏊♀️ SWIM STROKE CLINICS – $40/week

We are offering stroke clinics over the next three weeks, and you may register week by week for flexibility. All dates, times, and registration are included in the link below:

💦 2025–2026 Forsyth Flyers Swim Team

Season Dates:

• Returning Members: August 11, 2025 – March 6, 2026
• New Members: August 18, 2025 – March 6, 2026

Practice Times:

• Bronze A & B (Ages 5–9):
  Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday | 4:45–5:30 PM
• Silver 1 A & B (Ages 9–13):
  Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Friday | 5:30–6:45 PM
• Silver 2 (Ages 11–18):
  Monday–Friday | 6:30–8:00 PM
• Gold (Ages 13–18):
  Monday–Thursday | 6:30–8:30 PM
  Friday | 6:00–8:00 PM
  Participation in all practices is mandatory for Gold group.

💲 Fees & Payment Schedule

• Bronze (2 days/week): $700 + $75 registration
• Silver 1 (3 days/week): $1,000 + $75 registration
• Silver 2 (5 days/week): $1,250 + $75 registration
• Gold (5 days/week): $1,400 + $75 registration

A $150 deposit plus the $75 registration fee is due at the time of registration. The $150 deposit will go toward your total and the remainder will be split into 5 equal monthly payments, drafted on the 15th of each month starting in September.

📌 Important Notes:

• A 30-day written notice is required for ALL cancellations.
• If you withdraw , you may not return to the team until the next full season (ex.spring clinics and summer league).
• All families must complete a volunteer form. If you do not fulfill your volunteer commitment, you will be charged at the end of the season.

🗓️ Important Dates to Remember

• Swim Evaluations: Saturday, August 2 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  All swimmers must be evaluated unless they are currently participating in the stroke clinics above.
• Parent/Interest Meeting: Thursday, August 7, 7-8 PM
  Details and time will be shared soon.
• Practice Starts:
  • Week of August 11: Returning swimmers
  • Week of August 18: Full team begins
