Good morning, Flyers Families!

I hope you are all doing well and ready for a new season — we can’t wait to get everyone back in the water at the YMCA!

Please take a moment to read this entire email and make sure you have completed all registration steps. I know we’ve made a few changes, but they are designed to make things easier for everyone by keeping all information in one place and ensuring smooth communication with our families.

A big thank-you to everyone who has already filled out the registration form and read all of my emails — I promise they will be fewer once we get through this registration period!

Important Reminder:
If your child has not had an evaluation, they cannot be registered and will not be allowed to practice.
Even if your child has been evaluated, they cannot begin practice until the QR code registration form is completed in full.

✅ Next Steps

1. Membership
   • Ensure your full facility membership is active and your account balance is $0.
   • All swimmers must meet both of these requirements before registering.
2. Practice Schedule
   • If your child is in Bronze or Silver I, review the schedule below and choose the practice time that works best for your family.
   • Be sure to indicate “A” or “B” on the registration form.
   • If your child is in Silver II or Gold, simply choose that group on the form.
3. Registration Form
   • Use the QR code at the bottom of this email to complete registration.
   • If you previously filled out a Google form, you must still complete this step.
   • The form will show $0 due — I will register you in our system separately for billing.
4. Fees & Payment Schedule
   • Initial payment: $225 ($150 toward season fee + $75 non-refundable registration fee)
   • Remaining balance: Divided into 5 monthly payments starting September 1 (based on practice group).
   • Payment dates: Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1.

🏊 Practice Groups, Days, Times & Prices

• Bronze (Ages 5–9) – $700 + $75 reg. fee – 4:45–5:30 PM
  • Bronze A: Mon/Wed
  • Bronze B: Tue/Thu
• Silver I (Ages 9–13) – $1000 + $75 reg. fee – 5:30–6:45 PM
  • Silver I (A): Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Silver I (B): Tue/Thu/Fri
• Silver II (Ages 11–18) – $1250 + $75 reg. fee – 6:30–8:00 PM
  • Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri
• Gold (Ages 13–18) – $1400 + $75 reg. fee – 6:30–8:30 PM (Mon–Thu) & 6:00–8:00 PM (Fri)
  • Participation in all practices is mandatory for Gold group.

Practice Start Date:
The season begins the week of August 18 — either Monday, August 18 or Tuesday, August 19, depending on your practice group selection.
