Swim Team Updates – Break Bags Challenge & Important Reminders
Good afternoon Swim Team Families,

✨ Break Bags Challenge
Our Break Bags challenge kicks off TODAY and runs through September 10! Donation boxes are located right outside my office, clearly labeled by practice group. Please place your items in the box for your swimmer’s group—every contribution counts! The practice group with the most donations will earn a fun team party 🎉. Let’s work together to make a big impact for children in our community while having a little healthy team competition.

Be sure to check Swimtopia for our full list of events and days to remember. We’ll continue to highlight key reminders in the weekly email, but Swimtopia will always have the most up-to-date information. I’m aiming to post our swim meet schedule by early next week—so stay tuned!
👨👩👧 Safety Reminder
For swimmers 12 and under, a parent or another adult (18+) must remain in the building during practice and be on time for pick-up. Please note that older siblings under 18 do not qualify as guardians. If you’ve arranged for carpooling or another family to help, please make sure we are aware of the plan. This is not only for your swimmer’s safety and the support of our staff, but also in compliance with the YMCA Youth & Teen Safety Policy.
