Good morning Flyers families,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and were able to enjoy some rest with your loved ones. I wanted to send a quick update as we move into a busy stretch of the season.

As many of you know, Coach Bryce has chosen to step away from the team and pursue another opportunity. His last day with us was during the holiday break and, while his decision came with short notice, our program is not without leadership or direction. The Forsyth Flyers continue forward—strong, focused, and committed to every single swimmer.

We have a full training schedule and competition plan in place through the end of the season, and nothing has changed in terms of expectations, development, or support for your athletes. Our next meet is Saturday, December 13, and we will be prepared. The staff and I are fully aligned on what needs to be done, and your swimmers will continue receiving the structure, encouragement, and coaching they deserve.

I also want to share that we have cast our recruitment net wider than usual. As our program continues to grow, so do the needs of the team. We are being intentional about finding the right coach—someone who can support the level of excellence, consistency, and community you expect from the Forsyth Flyers. I will keep everyone updated as this process moves forward.
