Good afternoon, 

Thank you for registering to volunteer for our swim meet this weekend! I still have a few spots to fill and will send a full description some time tomorrow concerning the specifics. Those of you helping with set up please plan on arriving by 1:15 PM. I have include the layout in this email to help and will make sure all of our supplies are out for everyone to help set up.
