As we continue through our summer season, I want to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of reading team communications thoroughly and regularly.

Our coaching staff works hard to provide timely information regarding practice schedules, meet entries, deadlines, changes, and important updates through email and SwimTopia. These communications are sent to ensure families have the information they need to be successful throughout the season.

Please understand that while we are committed to communicating consistently and clearly, we cannot be responsible for missed information due to emails not being read or reviewed. We ask that all families make checking email communications and SwimTopia a regular part of participating on the team.

Please log into SwimTopia and declare whether your swimmer will attend or not attend each meet before the deadlines above. This helps our coaches properly plan entries, relays, staffing, and meet operations.
