Championship Day is finally here! 🎉 We are so excited to celebrate all of the hard work our swimmers have put in this season, and we can't wait to cheer them on tonight!

Attached you'll find:

Please take a few minutes to highlight or mark your swimmer's events BEFORE you arrive at the Alpharetta YMCA. We'll have a limited number of printed copies available, but coming prepared will help everything run smoothly and keep our swimmers focused.

Location: Alpharetta YMCA
3655 Preston Ridge Road, Alpharetta, GA

Arrival Time: 4:45 PM (Please arrive on time so swimmers can get settled and ready.)

🎒 Don't Forget:

• ✔️ Black team suit
• ✔️ Goggles (and an extra pair if you have them!)
• ✔️ Towels
• ✔️ Healthy snacks
• ✔️ Plenty of water

⭐ Parent Volunteers Needed

We'll need a few parents to help as lane timers and in the bullpen. Your willingness to jump in and help makes these meets possible—thank you in advance!

🚨 A Few Important Reminders

This meet will move quickly, so please help us by:

• Keeping your swimmer with the team and ready for their events.
• Not allowing your child to leave the facility or play in the outdoor pool area. We need every swimmer available when they're called, and missing an event because they wandered away is something we'd all like to avoid!

Let's make tonight a fun, exciting, and successful finish to the season. Most importantly, let's celebrate how much these athletes have grown—not just as swimmers, but as teammates and individuals.
